Booking Conditions
Arrivals and Departures
Arrival is from 1pm and departures by 12pm unless other arrangements have been agreed with the site owner. Site fees are payable in full, prior to arrival by bank transfer, or upon arrival in cash. Upon departure we ask that your pitch is left clear of all property, refuse and litter.
Air conditioning units
The use of air conditioning units wether freestanding or integrated is strictly prohibited.
Children and Games
Swimming Pool
This is available for the sole use of people staying at Longfield.
IMPORTANT - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when they go into the pool area.
Pets
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement and a charge is payable. No animal is allowed to be loose on the site and any accidental 'deposits' must be collected and disposed of appropriately.
Chemical Toilets and Waste Water
The contents of chemical toilets must only be disposed of at the designated disposal point, which is clearly signed and can be pointed out to you on arrival. Waste water must be collected in a receptacle and not allowed to flow on to the ground. This too, must be emptied at the designated diposal point.
Noise and Disturbance
Noise should be kept at a reasonable level at all times. Please be considerate of other campers.
Responsibility
The site owner accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to customers' property, or for personal injury, or damage to cars, caravans, awnings, tents, or any vehicle parked at Longfield Caravan Park.
Day Visitors
Due to the limited space and to prevent overcrowding, visitors to the site will be restricted and prior permission must be sought from the Management.
Children and Games
Cycling and football games are not permitted on the park but Matchams Forest is close by and suitable for cycling.

BBQ's
You are welcome to use gas or electric BBQ's for outdoor cooking as long as they are well away from hedges.
All open fires ,flames, disposable grills or BBQ's with coals are not permitted due to our proximity to woodland and the risk of fire.

At all times a charge will be made for visitors. Any additional car £15 per day plus adults @ £10 and children under 16 @ £10. Day visitors are strictly not permitted to use the swimming pool.
If you leave your pitch before the end of your stay or are asked to leave because of poor behaviour no refund will be given for unused time or days.
Seasonal pitches
If you decide to leave your pitch early/before 28th February no refund will be given.
